Embroidered flags are traditionally produced on 200D Nylon as it is stiff enough to hold its shape against the weight of the embroidered design.
Simple bold designs are always best on any flag but embroidery can create most complex designs. Very small details though can be muddled in the embroidery process so it is best to keep your designs as simple and clean as possible. Besides display flags, like 3'x5', smaller garden or boat flags are very popular.
